Cant select row in listbox

Hi

i have a list box on a form that fills with data based on the id field
in that form.

The problem im having is that the listbox wont let the user actually
click on (highlight) a particular row within it. Its not locked and it
is enabled so i cant figure out why this would be happening.

Any ideas?
