am 30.11.2007 09:53:44 von praveen
Recently we converted from .net framework 1.1 to 2.0 and we connect to SA using .net.
After accesing the website for about 15 minutes or so, I'lll see the following message in the event viewer. Looked in so many Ms FORUMS..WITH NO HELP..
try to debug diaognise..with no help..
A process serving application pool 'AppPool' suffered a fatal communication error with the World Wide Web Publishing Service. The process id was '4688'. The data field contains the error number.
Can somone please help.
My release date is already over..and I am in crisis.
Thanks in advance.
Praveen.

I suggest you contact Microsoft PSS for paid support.
You require timely and supported help, and you're not going to get
that from any free forum. Also, no debug tool will run and magically
solve your issue -- we wouldn't need people writing software when we
have such tools. Only money will get what you want in the time you
have.
Your event log entry indicates that something is crashing in your
worker process. If it's Microsoft code that is crashing, calling
Microsoft PSS would be the correct step to report the crash. If it is
non-Microsoft code that is crashing (either your code or third party
code that you are using), then it is only fair for you to pay
Microsoft PSS to figure that out for you.
Either way, you get timely, actionable results -- hence my suggestion
to contact Microsoft PSS.
