2003 ofc pro

I created a new label in word. Used the label and closed it. Later I went
back to use Word and found one of my labels opens on my blank document. I
can not get rid of it. Every time I open a new document it is there. It
also appears on a new document in email. How can I get rid of this short of
reinstalling microsoft office?
