uninstall sound device programmatically

I have a problem with a sound device (Ali audio accelerator WDM not appearing
-winXP). What I need to do is uninstall it; reboot; it is then found and

I would like to run a command or script to perform the uninstall at
shutdown/restart so that the PNP device would always be found and installed
automatically at startup. I would shut down using my own batch file executing
the uninstall command and following it with the shutdwn command.

What uninstall procedure would you suggest?
