multiple websites?

Hello. Sorry if this question sounds weird as I'm not quite clear in
registering websites..
We currently have a web server (w2k server iis 5.0) that has a website name
registered to something like www.SomeWebsiteNameA.com that is part of
DomainA) We have brought up another web server running w2k3 server also
part of this DomainA, my question is it possible to have this w2k3 server
registered to a different website name like www.SomeWebsiteNameB.com with
obviously a different IP address and also have it part of DomainA?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
If you are talking about "DomainA" being an Active Directory domain, then
there is no issue doing what you want. You can point any arbitrary DNS
hostnames at your second server, and as long as you configure IIS correctly,
there is no issue with the machine belonging to some other AD domain.
Cheers
Ken

Yes both of these server machines are joined within DomainA using Active
Directory. Sounds cool, we'll give it a try.
Thanks for your helpful reply Ken. Much appreciated :-)
