Xaml dll

Hi,
I wrote a wpf ui control that i whant to use in my XAML but in a regular use
i add the control dll to my project referance ans use xmlns="assembly..." and
it work but i dont want to use the control dll in my project referance but i
want to use the path of the dll in my xaml and i want it to load dynamiclly
(witout register the control in the GAC) How can i do that???
