Somebody uploads a file - put a button on to preview the file.

I've got a spot where a user can upload a file. I then want to have a button
appear once the file has been uploaded that they can click on that will show
them a preview of the file. What's the easiest way to do this? A hyperlink
to the file with a link to the file? I'd kind of like a button or something
that looks like a button.

I wouldn't consider a link to the actual file a "preview". What do
you consider a preview to be?
