delay of days revoking certificate

Hi,
I have being working for days and I can't see where is my error in the
following subject.
We have a Web server and we have installed on it a digital certificate
"webcert" generated by oursels using the Microsoft CA.
I also have a client certificate "usr1cert" installed on my PC generated
with the same CA.
The Web Server is configured to require certificates to all the users who
access .
At this point all works fine. The problem is when I revoke the client
certificate ,"usr1cert", using the option "Certificado retenido". Once is
revoked the certificate I can still access for two or three days. After this
period of time then I cannot access . Then if I enable again "usr1cert" I
get the error for two or three days that my certificate is revoked, I only
can access the web three days after been enabled the client certificate.

I have changed the publishing period of CRL to 1 hour but as I say above
when I revoke or enable the client certificate (usr1cert) it takes effect
the change two or more days later instead of being inmediately the effect.

Does anyone know why such big delay of days?
