Access 2007 Bug Persists

Back in August I posted the following:
I'm seeing the following problem in a database running under Access
2007 regardless of if it is Access 2003 format or converted to 2007
format.
I have three groups of controls on the front page. Each group is
surrounded by the typical rectangular line with a label at the top of
each rectangle that sits over the line. The backcolour of the label
is set to the background colour of the form. This is the typical
setup as seen in many windows apps.
Under Access 2003 everything works as it should. Under 2007 if I open
a form from the frontpage (it opens on top of the front page) and
then
close it, one of the labels no longer sits on top of the line, rather
the line sits on top of it. If I open a report from the front page,
one of the other rectangles then exhibits the same behaviour. The
third rectange stays as it should i.e. behind the label.
I've tried deleting the offending labels and redoing them, to no
avail. I've tried bringing the offending rectangles to the front in
design view and then sending to the back again (where they should
be),
but when I run the database, the problem still manifests.
This has to be a bug. Has anyone else seen this? Can anyone offer
any suggestions?
END OF ORIGINAL POST.
One of the MVPs that frequents this forum seemed to agree that it was
indeed a bug and asked me to send him the file of the offending
database, which he then forwarded on to Microsoft.
I assumed that it would be fixed in SP1. I was wrong. The problem
still seems to be there. Can anyone else confirm this.

Too bad it didn't get fixed.
Have you tried deleting the two bad groupboxes with all of their
content, and copying the good one twice, and fixing things back up?
-Tom.

Thanks for the reply Tom. I'll give it a try.
