Is frontpage server extentions needed for VWD asp.net 2.0 website

HI<

Is it nessassery to load the Frontpage extentions to run a ASP.NET web site
on Windows 2003 IIS6 running ASP.NET 2.0 Also do I need to create an
Application pool first? Should the pool run in the Network Service account
security context?

You do not need Frontpage Extension to run an ASP.NET web site. You can use
the default application pool, or you can create a new applicaion pool. It
depends on your needs (and if you have an ASP.NET 1.1 or 1.0 website as
well).
