After seeing these two posts I reviewed my use of delay_checks and
didn't really see a need for it. I had copied that config from another
server that received mail from off network. I moved it to the original
suggestion of Local_check_mail after removing delay_checks and all
seems well with only one log entry per queue id. Thanks again.
