ForceType application/x-httpd-php problem

Hello,
I have a .htaccess file:

ForceType application/x-httpd-php

and I receive in log information: not allowed here.
I don't know why.
Could you help me?

Another problem is: how can I add AcceptPathInfo and switch it to "On"?
What is a correct place for it in httpd.conf?
