Simplifying a runtime version

Simplifying a runtime version

I need six teachers to provide me with a small amount of data each
week. Their IT competence varies from reasonable to barely literate
(but they're great teachers!). I want to give each one of them a tiny
subset of our main database by way of the Package Solution Wizard and
the Access 2007 Runtime prog. This will be given to them on a USB
flashdrive and the idea is that they will give me the flashdrive back
with the updated accdr file on it and each week I will give them a new
accdr file for processing. Really, I would like the accdr file to
remain on the flashdrive but as I can't be sure what drive letter it
will receive from its host I'm not sure I can specify that when I run
the wizard

So I see them:

First week
1) Installing the package initially (on the hard drive)
2) Adding data
3) Exiting the package and copying the accdr file to the flashdrive
for me to process

Subsequent weeks
1) Taking the (newly prepared) accdr on the flashdrive and overwriting
the HD version
2) Running the package and adding data
3) Exiting the package and copying the accdr file to the flashdrive
for me to process

This is slightly more arduous than I would wish because some of them
have difficulty understanding the concept of Windows Explorer but I
don't see any alternative. I'd appreciate any tips if anyone can see a
simpler way of doing this

Having not used the package solutions wizard before, I was amazed at
the simplicity of it - and it all installed perfectly the other end.
Phew! http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb501030.aspx was
helpful

It's now done it on two computers - without a hitch. I'm not
complaining! Is it normally troublesome then?
