[OT]Streaming Video?

[OT]Streaming Video?

Ok firstly I have no idea at all where to post this.

This isn't the right group but I'm lost. I would you know how to take a
video stream from a pc....stream it to the webserver, then have the
webserver handle the 4,000 connections rather than my crappy broadband? Any
ideas?

This is the right place if you have a PHP question. But since you
already know it's not the right group, why do you insist on posting, anyway?

And don't multipost your message across all of those newsgroups. Find
ones which are appropriate. If you MUST post to multiple newsgroups,
crosspost instead.

Depends on the format of the video stream.

In the camserv package on freshmeat is a thing called relay which
does it for streaming JPG.
