I have looked far and wide and i am sure someone has done this but I
can't find anything on it. All I want to do is convert a access table
with lat long like 32.15665 -95.56954 to 265568.82 761586.48 (note
these are not real cords just some i typed in i can provided some real
ones in needed.) I have a program that will do it but i would like to
keep all this in access if i can.

The first set of numbers represent lattitude and longitude. What do
the second set of numbers represent?
If they are just numbers you could use grade-school math like this:
Number1 = Lat + 265568.82 - 32.15665
