IISADMPWD

Hello All
When I am attempting to change a domain account using IISADMPWD
utility, after I type all of the information in:
Domain, username, old password, new password etc. and then hit the ok
button the url entered into the browser is HTTPS as opposed to HTTP. I
dont have SSL enabled for this yet as I am just experimenting. How do
I get the utility to use plain old HTTP instead?
I get the following error after hitting the OK button
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site
might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to
adjust your browser settings.
Is this to do with the application wanting to use SSL?
Thanks for any help
AJ

You can use SelfSSL or SSLDiag to enable SSL on IIS for testing
purposes. It is probably more realistic to use SSL than to hack an
external password changing application to use HTTP.
SSLDiag 1.1:
