how can i subcribe to this newsgroup through outlookexpress???

If you posted this with Outlook Express, you are half way there.

Just look for it on the left, right click on it and find "Subscribe".

BTW, "subscribing" does not mean you get all these as emails. You have to
open OE and click on the folder to download new messages.
