Check log files at mail.tcspuk.com or ask the postmaster of the host for
explanation. Guess work without the logs would be a waste of time.

0) The message was sent at 11:57:33 -0000
Date: Tue, 22 Jan 2008 11:57:33 -0000
1) Host mail.tcspuk.com accepted the message at 12:02:34 -0000

Received: from [a.b.c.d] by mail.tcspuk.com [e.f.g.h] with SmartMax
MailMax for kt.holmes@yyy; Tue, 22 Jan 2008 12:02:34 -000

2) Host aamtain10-winn.ispmail.ntl.com accepted the message at 15:09:14 +0000

Received: from mail.tcspuk.com ([i.j.k.l]) by
aamtain10-winn.ispmail.ntl.com with ESMTP id
<21080122150914.JRCF12646.aamtain10-winn.ispmail.ntl.com@mail.tcspuk.com>
for ; Tue, 22 Jan 2008 15:09:14 +0000

*SO*
The most likely explanations of 3 hours delay between "1" and "2"
1) time zone miss-configuration at sending (or receiving system)
2) Some problems with SMTP transfer from mail.tcspuk.com to
aamtain10-winn.ispmail.ntl.com
3) you "munged out" time zone info when reporting the headers

Could it be that aamtain10-winn.ispmail.ntl.com has greylisting
policy?
