sendmail error

I want to setup sendmail for joomal sending message but does not work., I
enclosed error meessage please advice ,

What precisly is your problem.
The log tells us that a mail from root was successfully sent to
root@localhost.localdomain.
Have a look into root's mailbox and you will find the message.

The last log entry isn't really a problem (maybe someone opened
port 25 on your box without talking smtp).
