FP 2003 & Adobe - Upgrade to Expressions?

Hello.
I am an amateur who is currently using FP2003 to create pages and maintain a
website. I inow this is dumb, but I need some basic info on how some of these
web/graphics programs all fit together...

Can I use Adobe programs (i.e. illustrator-graphics, InDesign-layouts) to
design graphics/pages and then use them in FP2003?

Should I upgrade to Microsoft Expressions?

What programs would you recommend I use for page layouts/graphics etc?

Well I tend to say you develop a website. With products like Photoshop, you
are designing an image, etc which can then be imported into a website. And
placed into the web page with some HTML (or CSS) code.

Frontpage will suffice if you are not interested in created compliant HTML
all that much. Of course, you can always change the code in Code View.
Expression Web will create much better HTML for you.

It's worth a trip to Amazon.com. There are many user reviews, ranging from
five to one-star. You can get a good sense of what's better, and what's
lost.

I found that several features of FP2003 that I rely on are missing from
Expressions. One wonders how long ISPs are going to support FrontPage
extensions, but I'm going to have to be dragged away from FP.

If the FrontPage Include Component is one of those features, you'll be happy
to know that it's back in Expression Web Beta 2.

The FPSE for Windows will be around for quite a while - a new version was
just released for Windows Server 2008 (IIS7).
