Thanks in advance.
They need to be in the local Administrators group. By default, all Domain
Administrators are in in this group, as well as the local Administrator
account.

Yes, I ended up assigning this domain user account the Local
Administrators group. But when this user opens
the iis manager console and tries to expand the local machine name it
displays 'Access Denied' pop up asking for User Name and Password. We
supply it the correct account info and then it displays 'You have been
denied access to this machine'. I've been doing some research on the web
and it appears that the 'Web Operators' tab that was in iis 5.0 is no longer
available in iis 6.0 which appears to be the configuration I'm looking for
here or a different method I should be looking at?

Yes, he is trying to do this across the network through Terminal Service.
Would this might be part of the issue or further configuration needed?
