installing IIS on windows 2003 standard x64 edition

hi

Hope someone can help

I am installing IIS on windows 2003 standard x64 edition, the install is
failing because it cannot find alot of .dll files, i have browsed and
searched without success, can someone help, please

a) Do you have your original installation media
b) Do you have SP2 installed? if so, do you have the extracted SP2 files?

I have the original media and pointed it there , no luck!
I also downloaded and - WindowsServer2003.WindowsXP-KB914961-SP2-x64-ENU.exe
- this craeted a amd64 folder i pointed here aswell and still fails on
finding alot of .dll files
