sendmail.cf and multiple "A" DNSBL

Is it possible to get full handling of (possible) multiple "A" records
DNSBL lists? [e.g. zen.spamhaus.org]

I would like to make sendmail.cf capable to very flexible handling of
such lists e.g.
*IF* given IP address is listed both for being DUL and being "viral
like" spam sender (based on CBL.abuseat.org) [two "A" records]
*THEN* I would like to be capable to select which of the two give as the
reason for blocking.

AFAIK Current implementation of dns map return only one of multiple "A"
records (choosen at random from sendmail.cf perspective).

Would it require source code changes in dns map implementation?
[ Have I missed something? ]
