Enumerate Windows DHCP scopes

I've been toying around with how to enumerate a Windows DHCP server
without having to rely on netsh. I get a lot of clipping in the scope
name and comments fields.

Is there a module I may have missed that could query the server
directly, like netsh, and retrieve the information?
