Can"t see site on local machine when using .asp pages

I just bought a Windows Vista machine.
My html pages show up fine when I ask Frontpage 2003 to File|Preview in
Browser (or press F12). However when I ask for an .asp page to be previewed
on my local machine, all I get is the source code, not the page as it should
appear.
I have enabled all the .asp related check boxes in the "add Windows
components" under the IIS. And, I am running Frontpage 2003 as an
Administrator.
Everything works fine with the exact same files on my XP machine.
What am I doing wrong that I can't see .asp pages on my File|Preview in
Browser, when I am using Windows Vista?
The site works fine on at my hosting company. The site is
www.vatican2voice.org.
Thanks for your help!
Jeremy
The site I am having problems with

Sorry everyone. All I needed to do was check off Allow Active Content from
files on this computer, in the Advanced options of IE, and the .asp pages
show up fine. Sorry for troubling you.
Now, I'll unload all that IIS stuff from my computer....
