Saving fill-in forms to Quick Parts?

Saving fill-in forms to Quick Parts?

I would like to be able to quickly select and insert into a document various
blocks of text, some of which have fill-in blanks. I have learned how to use
Quick Parts, and this works fine for the regular blocks of text. However,
when I create text with fill-in blanks and protect it (restrict formatting
and editing) so the user will only be able to fill in the blanks, not edit
the text (allow only filling in forms), then I cannot highlight this text in
order to select it for saving to the Quick Parts Gallery. Is there a way to
do this? Thanks in advance for any help.

I would use FrontPage include pages, or SSI for this - but I suggest you
ask in a Quick Parts Forum.
