Very newbie: how to put data in form? Access 07

Very newbie: how to put data in form? Access 07

Hi guys, I'm a reasonably confident Excel user but wondered if there
is a better option for inputting, compiling then analysing and
presenting the results of a marketing and satisfaction survey I am
undertaking for a client.

I have had a brief look at Access but am very new to it. So far I have
built a form, complete with yes/no options and look up lists, but
can't figure out how to save it in a format where I can input the
data.

Having created a form, how do you actually enter data?

Thanks in advance for anyone who has the patience to help this
newbie ...

B

By "enter data", I'm presuming that you mean to get data into a table.
There are many ways to accomplish that.

Is your form bound to a table? If it is, it's common to permit the
user to simply navigate to a new record and begin entering data.

You're likely to need to paint a bit clearer picture of what you are
trying to achieve before others can help much.
