Progress bar color

Hello

Does anyone know how to change the color of the Progress bar from
COMCTL.ProgCtrl

By default the color is blue but I would like the bar to change color when a
certain value is reached.

I have also noticed that with Windows XP the bar seems to change to the same
color as the "Active Window Title Bar" color when this color is changed in
the "Appearance" of the "Display Properties" settings.
