RE: Unable to restore metabase.

Hi,

I managed to get this to work using the IIS manager's GUI:
Right-click Web Sites>New>Web Site (from file...). I have no
idea why the iiscnfg script was not allowing the file to be
imported. The spurious error suggests a bug to me.
