FAVORITES-----RESOLVED

At 8:45PM, 4/2/08, I received a call from Microsoft Tech Support and was
informed that "my" issue with the inability of deleting Favorites (they would
reappear eventually), has been RESOLVED!!! After deleting some old
Favorites, I tested it repeatedly by browsing other internet sites, turning
off my computer, etc.. My deleted Favorites were AT
LAST....DELETED...PERMANENTLY and FOREVER. I asked the Microsoft Technician
how was it resolved, she replied that they tried to fix the problem (across
the board-for everyone) but were not successful. Consequently, they had to
identify each individual which thankfully, included me, who had repeatedly
reported a Favorites problem. They had to enter each user's Favorite File
to fix the problem. Sorry but I didn't understand exactly what and how they
did it. I told her I would let the Microsoft Discussion Group know that the
problem has been fixed. She asked me that due to the need for Microsoft
Technicians to KNOW WHO still needs assistance, to please contact a Microsoft
Support Technician so they can assist them individually. So, if you're still
having problems with your Favorites, Tech Support will need your name in
order to fix your problem.

It's pretty irrelevant in here. This is a .Net programming newsgroup. A
group with "Internet Explorer" or "Windows" in the description may
appreciate it though.
