can isapi dll send session to asp?

my website have not control of registry, so can't use activex ( i'm trying
to find using com without regsrv32 either).

i wantto gernerate Image(.jpg or bmp) ,and reset session with isapi dll .
then send image to client and session to asp applicaiton.

but i don't know how to create session in isapi ( i know the isapi is lower
than asp layer ) . may be file or db is usable , but the synchronic question
is hard to deal .

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
