Re: ANNOUNCE: DBD::Oracle 1.21 Release Candidate 4

This RC has a number of minor fixes from rt.cpan.org and a fix for a
potentially critical bug involving DBI's begin_work and other
transaction DML type operations. A special thanks to Martin Evans who
uncovered that one.
