IIS disappeared in Windows component

Hello Everyone,

I am using windows XP and I am trying to install IIs on my computer, but I
don't see IIS under windows component. I think the security setting that are
provided by my office are not letting me see IIS under windows componet. Even
if I don't see the IIS under windows component, can I just install IIS on my
computer. Is there any web site where I can download IIS from.

What version of Windows XP do you use? Home or Pro?

No, you cannot download IIS. If your administrator has restricted you to not
install additional windows components, ask him/her for instructions how to
install IIS.
