Using two sendmail server with a single user base

Hi,
Nowadays my MX is a sendmail with spamassassin, and I have many
problems with high load process, so for solve this, i want make a
segmentation on my mail services with two MX servers using a single
user database and consequently to make a segmentation of my high load.
How can I do it with sendmail? If someone have some information or
documentation about this I really will appreciate.
Best Regards,

Standard *initial* suggestion is to use LDAP based per account email
routing: http://www.sendmail.org/m4/ldap_routing.html
It would allow you to easily add additional MX servers, additional
mailbox servers, additional (backup) LDAP servers.
It is not the best solution for *every* situation *BUT*
it may save a lot of time of listing all available alternatives if you
tell what you do not like in it :-)

Thank you!
Can you suggest any LDAP documentation? Because I'm a beginner with
LDAP.
Thanks again!
