Default website and OWA not working

When I tried to log onto my OWA I got as far as the login screen but
then when I entered my details I got a HTTP Error 404 - File or
directory not found.

I logged onto the server and checked IIS and when I tried to browse to
the Exchange website or the Default website, all I got on the right-
hand side was a message saying:

"The system cannot find the path specified"

I have verified that I can open up the Default website when I browse
to it through explorer but don't know what else to look at.

Can anyone help please ?

Hi,

It could be possible some of files or virtual dir are deleted, i had issue
with OWA few months back and if i recall correctly i had installed Exchange
2003 lates SP. but i would recommend to consult the SAs in this matter.

HI and thanks for your reply.

As far as I know there were no Service packs applied recently.

Do you have any suggestions what it could be ?
