Warning message virus threat

Recieved a Windows security allert: Warning Pc Infected by spy aware and
viruses .
This window sudjested that I needed to run a full system scanand click here
to begin. Stupid I did . It then opened a window for spy ware remover. I dont
want it and I can not get rid of it . opens up ever 5 minutes .
Norton is telling me Ihave a Wormwin32.net booster

How can I remove or resole these problems .
