Outbound Connection per Domain

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to specify Maximum Outbound Connection per Domain for
Sendmail?

I am trying to setup outgoing mail server and wants to limit 20 connections
per domain.

I am using CentOS release 5 (Final) and Sendmail 8.13.8
