IIS 7 SSL FTP access

We have been testing Server 2008 and IIS 7 with FTP. All works fine but we
have the need for a secure connection using SSL.

We ahev clients who need to send files to us and FTP is the easiest way as
the large files are often blocked by firewalls at the client site. In
addition, the clients often do not have local admin rights to install a
client to do the FTP transfer. While it is sometimes possible for the
corporate IT folks to install this, it usually takes time. It can sometimes
take weeks and the files are for automation on a production line so time is
usually of the essence.

The same can happen to our staff that are on the floor of a factory and only
have a web browser to access our servers.

Does anyone have a way to use IIS 7 and FTP that allows SSL and avoid the
need for a client?
