Help needed to get WCAT 6.3 for IIS7 running

I have installed WCAT. When running it on localhost just to test I get an
error ...

Invalid number or virtual clients specified

I can't find where to specify allthough the sample settings.ubr file has
settings commented out at the top of the file.

Where should this info go?

Sorted. The instructions need uncommenting
