XML Import of Site Fails

Two of three sites I'd like to import from an old W2K3 SP2 Web server will
export properly to a new W2K3 SP2 Standard Edition server.

The key thing seems to be a property with an invalid flag value.

The new server has an msxml.dll file dated 2/17/07 and the old one has
3/24/2005. I don't think that would make a difference, nonetheless, I get
these messages:
