New IIS installation -- Windows 2003 Server

I brought a new server and I would like to install IIS.

My question is:

Do I need to name the server the same name as the old machine?
What do I need to move from the old server to the new server?
Do I need to keep the same IP Address of the new server or can I change it?
If I can change it, is there a special places that need to change also?
