child process exited with status 128 -- Restarting

Hello,

one php-script (to specify CakePHP 1.2) forces the apache to restart
with status 128.

Some Infos

* Win2003 Server
* Apache 2.2.8 (xampp)
* PHP 5.2.5

How can I trace what line is causing this error?

the error.log information doesn't help me much:
