Enserting new page elements inside the home page

I want to keep the home page up all the time and when the customer clicks on
a subject it brings up the information in a box on the home page

Inline frame will do the job!
I'v got a site example I made up a few months back - feel free to
email me and I'll let send it to you for a looksee, might just be the
kind of thing your after.
