How to re-establish icon on a web folder

Now that I've re-installed my OS and copied my web folders from a backup
disk, How do I get the little icon on the folders to show it's a web folder?

Browse to them in FrontPage, right click and select "Convert to web"

This only works when converting a folder that is already in a web.

I'm using FP '03
