Stacktrace of segfault on fork in mp2/perl-5.10

C-oriented folks could take a look at this stack trace and see if
anything jumps out at you that would indicate why I'm consistently
getting segmentation faults (11) when forking in a CGI running under
ModPerl::RegistryPrefork.
