ODBC driver 07.03.0200 version with UTF-8 encoding ?

Hi,

I am still using ODBC driver 07.03.0200 version due to SQLForeignKeys
and SQLPrimaryKeys
functionality.

But I get an encoding error when I connect to an UTF-8 encoded
database.

Is it possible to compile this version with support for UTF-8 anyhow ?

Or what other versions does support SQLForeignKeys and
SQLPrimaryKeys ?

Doesn't the current(8.3.0400) version work well?

I have downloaded 8.3.0400 source version too to start compiling UTF-8
version.
I'll try that version first.
