Summary: BIGINT colums returns bad values

Platform Windows XP
Driver psqlodbc35w.dll
Using a table with a bigint column , containing a row where the bigint value is
4294967295 the value returned by FetchRow is 2147483647
Driver version 8.1.2 was working correctly .

I tried unsuccessfullt the following settings :
- default, bigint (which I expected to work)
- int4 (which I did not expect to work , but I tried)
