Apache2::Controller release

I have achieved controller nirvana. Merry Christmas, world!

OpenID auth handler doesn't preserve get/post vars across
the openid server redirect sequence yet, but it will in the
next version.

Very interesting. I have a controller which functions in a slightly
different way, but it's good to see alternative approaches. I think
yours makes life easier.
