Missing extensions from windows installer of PHP 5.2.8

Hi,

I am a developer and maintainer of IBM_DB2, PDO_IBM and PDO_INFORMIX
extensions. The other day I was trying to install PHP 5.2.8 using one click
http://www.php.net/get/php-5.2.8-win32-installer.msi/from/a/ mirror installer
.. I found that all these 3 extensions are missing from this msi.

IBM_DB2:

PDO_IBM and PDO_INFORMIX:

These extensions used to be there in version 5.2.6:

Any specific reasons why these extensions are missing from 5.2.8 installer.

Hi Ambrish,

These extensions are part of the PECL extension library, not the core
PHP distribution. While the build team is working out a better build
system for the PECL libraries on Windows, we are not distributing PECL
libraries with PHP releases for the time being. Please see this

These were shipped with 5.2.6 and they can be found at
http://www.php.net/releases/; they should still work with 5.2.8.
