I have two Windows XP computers ... supposedly the same GPOs, permissions,
user, etc.

One computer will run a PerlTray application and the other won't. Looks
like the application cannot write to the System Tray. I removed PerlTray
from the script, compiled the new script with perlapp, and it runs fine.

Has anyone else seen this? What permissions or GPO settings would prevent
or allow PerlTray from running correctly?

Thank you,
Tom
